Hays Unified School District 489 hereby releases its notice of intention for alternative project delivery method for construction of projects. A public hearing will be held on November 14, 2016 at 6:30 pm in the Toepfer Board Room at 323 West 12th Street, Hays, KS. This will be the community’s sole opportunity to address the USD 489 Board of Education regarding the matter.
