ELLIS COUNTY – Law enforcement authorities in Ellis and Russell County are investigating hunting violations and asking the public for help.

The Ellis County Game Warden is attempting to identify a hunter that had his picture taken by a trail camera on the Smoky Hill River in southern Ellis County.

The Russell County Game Warden is asking for public assistance in a case involving a deer that was shot and left on the Wilson wildlife area.
