SHAWNEE COUNTY – Law enforcement authorities in Shawnee County are investigating an armed robbery and looking for a suspect.
Just after 7 a.m. on Monday police were called to 1726 North Topeka Boulevard in Topeka after report of an aggravated robbery, according to a media release.
The suspect is described as 5’ 9” tall and weighs approximately 200 pounds. He wore blue jeans, a tan Carhartt style jacket, a black ski mask and was armed with a black hand gun.
The suspect left in an unknown direction.
An auto parts store is located at this address, according to an online search.
