The National Weather Service in Dodge City along with Ellis County Emergency Management will present a Storm Identification/Spotter Training session Wed., March 29 in Hays.

The meeting, open to the public, will be held in the basement of the Emergency Services Building, 1105 E. 22nd, from 7 to 9 p.m.
