A look ahead at the performers taking the stage at the 2017 Wild West Festival in Hays.

Whether you’re into the classics or today’s hits, Blake Ruder keeps you entertained all night. Blake Ruder’s musical career started with a small band that would quickly rise to local fame.

Since the start of his career, he has had multiple successes. Some of Blake’s performance highlights include: Opening for the Marshall Tucker Band, Creedence Clearwater Revisited, Foghat, the Ataris, and Little River Band, among others; playing in Kansas State Memorial Stadium; playing for a crowd of 2,000-plus at Fort Hays State University; donated his time and talent to help raise money for many local charities around the community.

Ruder takes the Wild West Festival stage at 6:30 p.m. Saturday, July 1.
