Extreme northwest Kansas is likely to see storms for a second consecutive day.

Severe weather hit extreme northwest Kansas late Monday afternoon.

Reports to the National Weather Service include two and one inch-sized hail five miles south of Atwood in Rawlins County just before five p.m. Two inch hail was also reported via social media in Rexford in Thomas County at 5:20 p.m.
