City Manager Toby Dougherty announced Tuesday the appointment of Jeff Crispin as the new director of water resources for the city of Hays. Crispin is currently serving as the interim director of water resources.
“Jeff has excelled as interim director,” Dougherty said. “Under his leadership, the Water Resources Department will continue to improve.”
Crispin started his employment with the city on Oct. 26, 2015, as the assistant director of water resources before being named interim director of water resources in April 2017. Before joining the city, Crispin worked for over 22 years in retail management. He received his bachelor’s of art in business administration from Fort Hays State University.
