Phillipsburg resident, Lola M. Kline, passed away Thursday, Aug. 24, 2017 at the Phillips County Hospital in Phillipsburg, Kansas at the age of 96.

She was born in Cozad, Nebraska, on Feb. 22, 1921, the daughter of Willey & Rose (Shadduck) Brant.

Lola was united in marriage to Wm. A. Kline on Dec. 7, 1941 in Beloit, Kansas. He preceded her in death in 1982.

Survivors include her son, Bill Kline, of Phillipsburg; daughters, Jean Bruning of Phillipsburg and Roxie Walbridge of Grove, Oklahoma; six grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and seven great-great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be Monday, Aug. 28, 2017 at 10 a.m. in the Olliff-Boeve Memorial Chapel, Phillipsburg, with Pastor Joel Hiesterman officiating. Private family burial will follow in the Delphos Cemetery in Delphos, Kansas.

Kline will lie in-state on Saturday and Sunday, Aug. 26 and 27, from noon to 9 p.m. at the funeral home.
