HAYS, Kan. – The TMP-Marian girls’ golf team finished second at their own invitational Monday afternoon at Smoky Hill Country Club. The Monarchs shot a season low 413 and finished eight strokes behind first place Hoisington.

Individually, Shannen Chin won another title, shooting an 81 and won by 15 strokes. Haleigh Spray was in fifth with a 103. Other scores for TMP were Jenna Romme 109, Avin Inlow 120, Abby Heimerman 127, Katy Walters 138, Michaela Dreher 141 and Anne Wasinger 142.

Next tourney for TMP is at the Cheney 3-2-1A Regional at the Cherry Oaks Golf Course on Monday, October 9.
