HaysMed flu shot clinic yields 2,320 lbs. of food for CAC

HAYSMED

The annual HaysMed Drive Through Flu Drive stats are in for 2017.

There were 3,150 flu shots given and 2,320 pounds of non-perishable food donated by the vaccine recipients to the Community Assistance Center in Hays.

Among those receiving free flu shots were some members of the Hays Fire Department who drove through in their fire trucks.

2,320 pounds of food were donated for the Community Assistance Center during the 2017 flu drive.

Thank you to all who volunteered their time and also everyone who donated food.
