LARNED, Kan.-Hays High swept both Larned and LaCrosse in straight sets on Thursday in Larned. Hays High won 25-15, 25-17 in the opener against the hosts. Hannah McGuire led Hays with 14 assists, Tasiah Nunnery 8 kills and Brooklyn Schaffer and Savannah Schneider had 9 digs each.

In the second match of the day the Lady Indians faced off with LaCrosse and picked up another straight set victory winning 25-18, 25-19. McGuire again led the way with 12 assists, Nunnery 10 kills, Schaffer 8 digs and Jaycee Dale had 4 solo blocks.

Hays High improves to 21-6 on the season and will be off until October 14th when they travel to Liberal for the Western Athletic Conference Tournament.
