Kendra Zimmerman of Hays has won the inaugural Hays Post Halloween Costume Contest!

Zimmerman will receive $150 in ARC bucks from Arc of the Central Plains.

The second-place winner was Kevin Douglas of Ellis, who will receive a gift basket from Halloween Express.

The third- and fourth-place winners, respectively, were submitted by Janine Mallardi, Hays, and Laurel Klaus, Hays.
