OSAGE COUNTY — A Kansas man died in an accident just after 3a.m. Tuesday in Osage County.

The Kansas Highway Patrol reported a 1997 Jaguar XK8 driven by Donald C. Bryant, 40, Overbrook, was northbound in the 14,000 Block of Shawnee Heights Road.

The vehicle left the roadway to the right, overturned and came to rest on the roof.

Bryant was pronounced dead at the scene and transported to Frontier Forensics.  He was properly restrained at the time of the accident, according to the KHP.
