ELLIS — Ellis High School Drama will present “Almost, Maine” by John Cariani on Friday, Nov. 10, and Saturday, Nov. 11, at 7 p.m. Doors open at 6:30 p.m., and tickets can be bought at the door. Admission is $5 for adults, and $3 for students.

The show is directed by Sam Polifka and has a cast of 19. The show is a romantic comedy about the surprising moments and turning points in the lives of ordinary people living in the tiny, fictional town of Almost. The action of the show takes place on a cold, clear night with the northern lights in view, in the middle of a deep Maine winter. There will be snow, loss, laughter, and (of course) love.
