USD 489

The Parents as Teachers program through Hays USD 489 Early Childhood Connections was awarded the Blue Ribbon Affiliate award.

The program met or exceeded all 17 essential requirements in the 2016-2017 program year and also met at least 75 percent of the additional Parents as Teachers quality standards in the self-study

The USD 489 Parents as Teachers program will be honored at the 2018 Parents as Teachers Conference.
