The Hays High School National Honor Society and Student Council are teaming up for their winter project this year to help families who are struggling financially.

Foreign language, language arts and special education classes will collect hygiene items.

Science, business and music classes will collect items that provide warmth.

Social studies classes will collect school supplies.

Family and consumer science and art classes will collect household supplies.

Technologies will collect paper products and linens.

Math classes will collect miscellaneous items.

Items will be collected from Monday, Nov. 27 through Friday, Dec. 15 and will be distributed to families in need before the holidays.
