ROOKS COUNTY – Rooks County Commissioners have lifted the county-wide burn ban effective Tue., Dec. 26, 2107.

If you are going to burn something you still need to call the Sheriff’s Office at 785-425-6312 and if weather conditions and all other requirements are met, you will be allowed to burn.
