BARTON COUNTY — Law enforcement authorities are investigating a burglary and asking for help to locate a vehicle.

Sometime after 10 PM on Christmas eve, unknown persons burglarized a residence at 702 Northeast 20 Road in Barton County, according to the Sheriff Brian Bellendir.

Numerous household items as well as firearms were taken. In addition, a red, 2004 Chevrolet Avalanche, was stolen from the residence.
