About 180 people participated in the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure Saturday at Municipal Park in Hays.

The Susan G. Komen organization supports breast cancer research, provides care for underserved patients, promotes cancer awareness and promotes research funding and supports and celebrates survivors.
