Eleven Hays High School DECA students competed at the DECA International Career Development Conference April 21-24 in Atlanta.

Kallie Leiker, Isabelle Braun and Brianna Forinash finished in the top 16 of 160 entries for their Community Service Project.

Ryan Hernandez and Abigail Dickinson finished in the top 32 in the Finance Operations Research competition.

Lisa Schoenberger and Kaitlyn Schaben finished in the top 32 in the Public Relations Project.

Shyann Schumacher completed the Ignite Leadership Training program.

The students are sponsored by business teacher Shaina Prough.
