THOMAS COUNTY — One person was injured in an accident just after 7 p.m. Thursday in Thomas County.

The Kansas Highway Patrol reported a 2002 Subaru Forester driven by Alysa Rene Barnes, 18, Brewster, was eastbound in the 200 block of County Road Y.

The vehicle traveled off the road to the left, came back onto roadway and rolled.

Barnes was transported to the hospital in Colby. She was not wearing a seat belt, according to the KHP.
