Phillipsburg resident Mike P. Kramer passed away Saturday, July 14, 2018 at his home at the age of 50 years.

He was born October 7, 1967 in Cozad, Nebraska the son of Willie P. & Virginia L. (Haddock) Kramer. Mike was a social worker for the State of Kansas.

Survivors include his Parents, Willie & Virginia of Kearney; 2 brothers, Ted & wife, Jodene of Ogallala, NE and Larry & wife, Tereasa of Kearney, NE.

Cremation was planned. A Memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, July 18th, 2018 in the Olliff-Boeve Memorial Chapel, 1115 2nd Street, Phillipsburg, KS 67661, with Pastor Dave Hutson officiating.

Friends may sign the book from noon until 9 p.m. Tuesday, July 17th, at the Olliff-Boeve Memorial Chapel, Phillipsburg.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Shriners Hospitals for Children.
