Beginning Wednesday, the intersection of 16th and Allen streets will be opened and the intersection of 14th and Allen will be closed. Allen Street will be closed from north of 13th Street to south of 16th Street. The intersection of 15th and Allen remains closed. This work is part of the Allen Street Reconstruction Project.

Signs will be in place to direct the traveling public. Motorists should use caution in these areas.
