Do you make the best German bean dumpling soup, brats, raw burger, bierocks, potatoes and dumplings, hearts, Kuchen, Spitzbuben or any other German delicacy?

If you think you do, now is your chance to prove it at the 2nd annual Katharinenstadt’s Essenfest, a German Food Cook-Off, Sunday, October 21, 2018 from 11:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the former Kennedy Middle School cafeteria, 1309 Fort, Hays.

There will be raffle prizes, a mini-bake sale, beer, and live polka music provided by Karl Meis.

The public are the taste testers and the judges! Tickets to enter and taste all entries are $5. Tickets can be purchased by any St. Catherine Christian Mother from September 24th until the day of event at the door.
