The Hays USD 489 school board will meet in a special session at 7 a.m. Monday at the Rockwell Administration Center for an executive session to discuss teacher negotiations.

USD 489 has concluded negotiations with SEIU, its custodian’s union, but has yet to approve an agreement with the Hays NEA.
