Girl Scouts of Kansas Heartland is inviting all K-12 girls to sign up for Girl Scouts and lead the way like a G.I.R.L. (Go-getter, Innovator, Risk-taker, Leader) in their community and make the world a better place.
Girl Scout troops are forming in Hays, and Girl Scouts would like to invite you to join them. Come find out more about programs and sign up from 10 a.m. to noon at the Hays Girl Scout office on Saturday.
Girl Scouts are rolling out their new Cybersecurity badges, and girls who attend that morning will participate in an activity that will help them explore and learn how protecting their most valuable information is important. They’ll earn their first Girl Scout patch on the day they join.
Whether girls want to become a rocket scientist or code their way to a safe digital experience, Girl Scouts has the tools and badges for her to take action. With Girl Scout’s focus on STEM, outdoor adventures, entrepreneurship and gaining life skills, it is the best space for building girls of courage, confidence and character who make the world a better place.
