HOISINGTON, Kan. – Shannen Chin won her third tournament of the season leading the TMP-Marian girls’ golf team to a third place finish at the Hoisington Invitational Monday at Lake Barton. The Monarchs shot a 213 and finished five shots back of second place Colby and 16 behind the host Cardinals.

Chin, who also had tournament wins in Goodland and Larned, fired a 39 in the nine-hole event and won by five strokes. Jenna Romme shot a 51 to finish seventh. Hays High’s Sierra Smith also shot a 51 and finished eighth.
