Vine & Dine offers a cornucopia of savory foods from many of Hays’ top restaurants from Vine Street and beyond!

Enjoy sample tastings and take home fabulous raffle prizes for restaurant meals and more at our Vine & Dine 2018 food festival, Sun., Oct. 28, noon to 4 pm at Big Creek Crossing.
