Judith (Judy) Marie Bamberger

Judith (Judy) Marie Bamberger, 67, passed away September 30, 2018 in Jetmore.

She was born November 13, 1950 in Norton, KS, the daughter of Fred and Doris Fitzhuge Henry.

A longtime area resident, she was the owner and operator of Judy’s café in Jetmore for over 30 years.

She attended the United Methodist Church, Jetmore. She loved to crochet, read, bowl, garden, dance and cook.

On October 3, 1985, she married Norman Bamberger in Hoxie, KS. He survives.

Other survivors include: three daughters, sandy (Frank) Figueroa, Log Lane Village, CO, Norma (Mike) Williams, Kansas City, MO, Bobbie Jo Romjue, Hays, KS; two brothers, Gary (Leta) Henry,

Dodge City, KS, Roger (Starlet) Henry, Logan, KS; sister, Terrie Horn, Garland, TX; ten grandchildren and sixteen great grandchildren.

Funeral service will be 10 a.m., Friday at United Methodist Church, Jetmore, with Pastor Cyd Stein presiding. Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday at Beckwith Funeral Home, Jetmore, KS. Burial will be in the Fairmount Cemetery, Jetmore, KS.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to Dodge City Depot Theater in care of Beckwith Funeral Home, Box 663 Jetmore, KS 67854.
