TOPEKA — Kansas Gov. Jeff Colyer, in accordance with Executive Order 10-12 and following the proclamation of President Donald Trump, has ordered flags to be flown half-staff now to sunset, Oct. 31, to respect the victims at The Tree of Life Synagogue in Pittsburgh.
