If you dine out at participating Hays restaurants on Tuesday, Dec. 11, a portion of the proceeds will go to benefit Hays ARC Park.

The Hays Accessible Recreation Complex is a project being led by ARC of Central Plains and would create a handicap accessible recreation area.
