Nita Louise (Culley) Lambert, age 74, passed away Thursday, December 13, 2018 at the Hays Medical Center in Hays, KS.

She was born February 29, 1944 in Omaha, NE to Charles and Elaine (Walden) Culley. She was a homemaker.

Survivors include her husband Dennis of Thornburg, KS; sons Andy (Betsy) of Bethany, OK, Tim (Roxie) of Lindsborg, KS, Chuck (Kim) of Hutchinson, KS and John of Smith Center, KS; daughter Jodi (Brian) Fish of Arnold, MD; brothers Chuck (Barbara) Culley of Salina, KS and John (Linda) Culley of Concordia, KS and 21 grandchildren.
