Joyce Ellen Mello, 79, of Russell, Kansas, died on Friday, January 04, 2019, at the Hays Medical Center in Hays, Kansas.

Services are pending for 10:30 A.M. on Thursday, January 10, 2019, at Pohlman-Varner-Peeler Mortuary in Russell, Kansas. Visitation will be from 9 A.M. to 8 P.M. on Wednesday, January 09, 2019, at the mortuary with family to greet guests from 6 P.M. to 7 P.M. Wednesday evening. Cremation has been selected by the family and inurnment will follow at the Russell City Cemetery.
