Ralph L. Clapper Sr. was born February 10, 1937 in San Antonio, TX to Donald A. Clapper, Sr and Gertrude (Gilcrease) Clapper. He passed away March 10, 2019 at the McCook Community Hospital. Ralph married Evelyn E. Sigwing on July 2, 1952 in Raton, NM.

Ralph is survived by his children: Delaine Raliegh and husband Roger of Selden, KS, Ralph L. Clapper, Jr of Oberlin, KS, Desiree Bergmeier of Fairbury, NE, Dawn McComb of Oberlin, KS, Darla McCullough of Chetek, WI, and John D. Clapper of McCook, NE; sister, Carolyn Polivka-Flynn; 17 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren; 2 great great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and wife, Evelyn.

Private services were held with burial at Oberlin Cemetery, Oberlin, KS.
