Public comments open on Hays’ water pollution control permit

CITY OF HAYS

The Kansas Department of Health and Environment (KDHE) has issued a draft permit for the discharge of stormwater for the city of Hays.

The public is notified of a 30 day period for comment. Comments are due April 20, 2019 to the Kansas Department of Health and Environment.
