Thomas Lee Charles Rupp, age 69, of Russell, Kansas passed away Wednesday, May 1, 2019 at Hays Medical Center.

Funeral services will be 2:30 PM Saturday, May 4, 2019 at Brock’s-Keithley Funeral Chapel and Crematory, 2509 Vine, Hays, KS 67601.

Visitation will be Friday 4 PM – 8 PM and Saturday 1:30 PM until service time all at the funeral chapel.
