RUSSELL — The Russell Area Chamber of Commerce is still seeking donations to help make the annual Freedom Fest event possible.

“Do your part and donate today,” the chamber said in an email Thursday. “We need the entire Russell community’s help to keep this tradition going! Your charitable donation is tax deductible.”
