Online national magazine Slate has published an article examining defrocked former Archbishop Theodore McCarrick and the impact his presence in Victoria has had.
The former archbishop of Washington was defrocked in February and has been housed at the friary St. Fidelis Catholic Church in Victoria for approximately a year.
