The Hays Area Children’s center has announced that they will be closed on Monday due to a water outage at Fort Hays State University.  The Children’s Center staff told Hays Post that their their school age summer program  would typically have 70-90 kids on Monday.

Not having water for the kids and staff would make it impossible for them to be open.
