On Tuesday August 27th Hays Middle School will host the 2013-14 HMS Parent Open House from 6:30 PM to 8 PM.

Each grade level will have general information sessions in the cafeteria with a time for parents to tour the building and the grade level classrooms.  There will be an opportunity to meet-and-greet with teachers in their classrooms.  Parents will be provided a map, with grade level teachers rooms highlighted, to be used during the tours and meet-and-greet times.

All General Sessions will be held in the cafeteria.

6th Grade

• 6:30 p.m. – 6:55 p.m. General Session
• 7:00 – 8:00 p.m. Tour and greet/meet times in the classrooms

7th Grade

• 7:00 p.m. – 7:25 p.m. General Session
• 6:30-6:55 & 7:30 – 8:00 p.m.Tour and greet/meet times in the classrooms

8th Grade

• 7:30 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. General Session
• 6:30 – 7:25 p.m. Tour and greet/meet times in the classrooms

Refreshments will be served at locations during the tours and meet-and-greet times.
