The City of Hays has launched a new Online Utility Bill Pay product.

The City Clerks Office told Hays Post there is no cost or fee for consumers to utilize the new online system.

Utility customers are now able to click on a link from the www.haysusa.com website to pay utility bills, view current and past bills, as well as look at their monthly water usage.
