6. MOTOR VEHICLES AND MOBILE EQUIPMENT AT THE HAYS REGIONAL AIRPORT – PROPOSED ORDINANCE: Consider approving Ordinance No. 3872 amending Chapter 8 of the City of Hays, Kansas, Municipal Code, by modifying Article II, Section 8- 30, regarding motor vehicles and mobile equipment on Airport property.
7. PROPOSED HAYS REGIONAL AIRPORT RULES AND REGULATIONS: Consider approving the Rules and Regulations for the Hays Regional Airport.
8. TRANSFER OF FUNDS FOR 13TH STREET RECONSTRUCTION AND ENGINEERING – MAIN TO MILNER: Consider approving the transfer of $1.5 million from Financial Policy Projects to Capital Projects to pay for 13th Street reconstruction and engineering from Main to Milner.
9. POLICY FOR THE PLACEMENT OF PLAQUES ON CITY FACILITIES: Consider approving the Policy for the Placement of Plaques on City Facilities.
