At a brief city meeting on Thursday night, Hays city commissioners unanimously approved Ordinance No. 3873 annexing Lot 3 and the West 71 feet of Lot 2, all

within Block 2 of the Marvin F. Braun Addition to the City.

Mayor Kent Steward was absent.
