Repairs underway for early morning power outage

Midwest EnergyFROM MIDWEST ENERGY:
At 4:07 am, a breaker at a North Hays feeder station tripped open, and would not reclose, knocking out power to about 900 customers.
Crews were dispatched, and by 4:57 am had re-routed power to most customers.
We apologize for the inconvenience, and as of 6:45 am there are crews working in the snow to determine what caused the breaker to trip open.
