A family of  were 4 injured in a Sunday night rollover crash.

According to the Kansas Highway Patrol Twenty four year old Maria Mercedes Chavez was driving a 2001 Mazda station wagon northbound on I-135 at mile post 84 and fell asleep, veered across the passing lane into the median, and then veered back into the passing lane of northbound I-135.

The vehicle then veered again into the median and went across the median into the southbound lanes, crossing both southbound lanes, and rolled several times, coming to a stop on the west side of I-135 in the ditch. Chavez and three children ages 6, 4 and 1 were transported to the hospital in Salina.
