A Salina teen is charged with indecent liberties with a child.

19-year-old Shane Himmaugh is alleged to have had inappropriate sexual contact with a 15-year-old girl in north Salina between September 15th and September 24th.

Salina Police were notified on October 19th by a parent of the girl. The sexual contact apparently occurred outdoors.
