About a dozen people attended a meeting with the Kansas Secretary of Administration Tuesday morning in Hays. Dennis Taylor has been charged with reviewing Kansas laws and regulations to determine if any should be repealed, but he says that’s not all he’s considering.

Some of the issues discussed by those in attendance include complicated tax incentives, Ag Department permit requirements, the illegal immigrant tuition law and the same sex sodomy law.
