The Hays City Commission will meet at 6:30 p.m. Thursday at City Hall.

Among the agenda items:

• Consideration of an amended lease with North Central Kansas Technical College for use of the former Army Reserve building at 101 Main. The existing five-year lease is set to expire in May, and a two-year extension is being proposed.

• Consideration of an amended parking ordinance regarding required off-street parking.
