Great Bend police continue to search for leads in Wednesday shootings

GREAT BEND — Police continue to search for leads and a suspect in Wednesday night’s shooting in Great Bend that sent three people to the hospital.

Great Bend Police Chief Dean Aikings said Thursday after interviewing a number of people and looking at cellphone records, they do not have a suspect or motive at this time.

Two of the three victims, 30-year-old Larry Norman and 20-year-old Saedra Walters were treated and released from Great Bend Regional Hospital. The third victim, 23-year-old Hope Huslig was flown to Wesley Medical Center with injuries that were not life-threatening.
