Phillipsburg resident Jean M. Troyer passed away Sunday, Feb. 9, at the Phillips County Hospital in Phillipsburg at the age of 86.

She was born June 3, 1927, in Phillips County, the daughter of James V. and Leda C. (Morgan) Patton.  Her husband, Duane “Trig” Troyer, preceded her in death in 1999.

Survivors include her sons:  Ron of Castle Rock, CO; Scott of McKinney, TX; Joel of Goddard, KS; Bryan of Glade, KS; and Corey of Kearney, NE; 18 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren, and one brother, James Patton of Wichita, KS.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, Feb. 15, at 10:30 a.m. in the Calvary Baptist Church, Phillipsburg, with Pastor Mark Gervais officiating. Burial will follow in the Marvin Cemetery, Glade, KS.

Visitation will be Thurs. from noon – 9 p.m. and Fri. from 9 a.m. – 9 p.m. at the Olliff-Boeve Memorial Chapel, Phillipsburg.
